I am an educator, Mathematics Teacher, and school leader with a strong passion for teaching and learning. My professional experience has provided me with opportunities to work closely with students, teachers, parents, and the wider school community. As a Mathematics Teacher, I focus on developing students’ conceptual understanding, logical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. I believe mathematics should be learned through understanding and application rather than memorization alone. Alongside teaching, my role as a Principal has helped me develop experience in academic planning, school administration, teacher coordination, student support, and institutional development. I believe effective education requires cooperation, discipline, creativity, and continuous improvement. Over the years, I have learned that every student has unique abilities and learning needs. Therefore, I strive to create a supportive environment where students can explore their potential, overcome challenges, and develop confidence. My experience continues to shape me as a lifelong learner and dedicated educator.
